The game does not launch. I want it get fixed or get my money back

I purchased this game AWHILE ago and it wasn’t playable without severe hiccups, even when NVIDIA started releasing their optimized WebDrivers. That was an older OS (10.9, 10.10?) and with a GTX 680 2GB in a 2009 MacPro 4,1 16GB RAM. I just got an EVGA GTX970 4GB (no EFI) and am now on OS X 10.11.x with NVIDIA’s latest WebDrivers and I noticed this game had been updated and wanted to give it another go. I went all out, changed all settings to HIGH, FXAA off, anisotropy 16X—RUNS. LIKE. BUTTAH! This game is finally fluid and fun but it sure to a heck of a long time to reach a playable state! I just played through to Chapter III in one go and am finally enjoying the game.

Stopped loading on 13-th chapter totally :( El Capitan

I managed to get the game finally running on my iMac 27 late 2009 - Install „little snitch“ firewall and block all connections from „Max Payne 3“. You can allow connections from all other apps - before starting open a „terminal" and enter the commands: > killall wineserver > killall cider - now start the game and create a local players profile - don’t spend minutes waiting. If it doesnt work at once just kill and try starting again. Therfore use „Apple-Key“ + „Tab“ to get back to the desktop and its „terminal".

Spiel kostet 17,99.- und ist nicht spielbar! Bin ich von Apple nicht gewöhnt :( Game costs 17.99 euro and is not playable! Never happened before at mac app store! :( system specs: macbook pro retina 15“, 2,4 Ghz intel i7 quadcore, nVidia geFroce gt650m 1024mb, should be able to run the game!?

Been a PC Max Payne fan since 2000. Disapointed in the performance of this OSx version. Running it on a new 3,4 Ghz iMac so hardware is not the problem here. Got to be a Social Club member to make it run, otherwise youll be frozen to the initializing screen. 8 hrs to download and many sound bugs. Sound is absent in a lot of cut scenes unfortunately. Also bad gameplay logistics choices. Click keyboard and mouse timing horrors in what could and should have been a great game. .

I have attempted to install this game on 2 separate Macs (one early 2012 and one early 2013) - both get stuck on the "Initialization" screen. This game has obviously not been properly tested.

Dont buy this game (at least in this version) because it takes multiple tries of 8 hours to download, then once you start it up it is stuck on the loading screen. And Im running this game on a Retina Macbook Pro 15"

stuck in between , take lot of time to loading.. need some fix … expect lot, but now expect some fixes ...

Im kind of ticked off that youd sell a game for twenty bucks and make your customers wait until their product actually works. I started the game up right after it finished installing, and I watched the first cutscene thinking that the game was running smoothly, which it was, no lag, no loading or anything. However, after I proceeded after signing in to Social Club, I didnt like the way the graphics looked on my iMac. I knew it was capable of much better. So I switched the graphics to the highest tuning, and I switched all the Texture, Shadow, Shading etc quality to High. After that, I was prompted with a message saying "You need to restart the game for these changes to take affect." And so I restarted the game, and when the game closed and tried to restart, it failed. And now Im stuck with a $20 game that doesnt even work.

i would like my money back cause this game will not evening download to my mac and got me piss

this game really needs a lot of Major problems, i do not recommend any 1 to download this game right now ..

Wish I read the reviews before buying this. Game will not install on a 2014 iMac. I regret buying it.

PLease create gta 5 on macbook. create plz!!!!!! ill will right letter till you make the game available on macbook

its been 5 days that im trying to download it…so far nothing…each time i try, apple store tells me there is a problem…unacceptable!
