fix startup problem using little snitch firewall

I managed to get the game finally running on my iMac 27 late 2009

- Install „little snitch“ firewall and block all connections from „Max Payne 3“.
You can allow connections from all other apps
- before starting open a „terminal" and enter the commands:
> killall wineserver
> killall cider
- now start the game and create a local players profile

- don’t spend minutes waiting. If it doesnt work at once just kill and
try starting again. Therfore use „Apple-Key“ + „Tab“ to get back to the
desktop and its „terminal".
