won’t launch on version 1.2.0

won’t launch and does not respond. I have to force quit to exit app.
Downloaded and reinstalled 3 times same problem every time.
lets go people at Rockstar!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! get this fixed!
